After having my only lesson of the day cancelled yesterday, I had plenty of time to catch up on homework and typing up notes. I finished this with considerable time to spare so I decided to do some extra research for any resources that might help me with English literature - both for the coursework and the exam - because this is what I want to study at university.
Luckily my sixth form has plenty of resources around the library for all subjects, so I soon found some really useful English magazines called 'The English Review', by Hodder Education. These magazines are published four times every year, and are available in almost every A level subject.
You can view the Hodder Education website and find out more about their magazines HERE.
I only read the English magazines because they were the only ones that were relevant to me, but they are extremely helpful and relevant to my course. I found endless articles that would undoubtedly help me with my A2 level studies as well as others which provided ideas for wider reading texts that might be particularly useful for me. I would definitely recommend these magazines to any sixth form student/teacher as they really have helped me so much already!
